• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general analytics collected via Vercel Analytics and PostHog.

• To analyze writing behavior patterns and generate authenticity scores — proving content was human-written.

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and PostHog (analytics).
• Public verification: When you certify a document, the certificate metadata (title, author name, score, date) is publicly accessible via the verification page. Document content is not publicly shared unless you choose to display it.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and documents for as long as your account is active. You may delete your documents at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, and secure authentication via OAuth 2.0. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
